· The ClubTrack features a third-generation Hyperdrive, even more powerful and efficient than ever. Our exclusive, patented electronic transmission and AC-motor drive system delivers more torque to the drive belt than any other treadmill (including those that advertise a larger HP motor). This extra performance will result in the belt and deck lasting longer, provide more accurate speed control, and a very smooth, natural walking/running feel. The ClubTrack with Hyperdrive is very quiet, provides a gradual start from zero, and is so efficient it allows the user to do more with less power. The ClubTrack’s AC-Motor with Hyperdrive does not have commutator brushes (found in DC motors), and will last indefinitely, requiring no maintenance.
· The new TripleFlex system is even better than ever, providing 20% more shock absorption than before. The deck is fully suspended on two sets of shock-absorbing mounts and a flexible frame that minimizes shock for all club members (the light or heavy walker, jogger or runner.)

· 2.5cm-thick hi-composite deck with 3 layers of phenolic laminate on both sides. Each side is lubricated with a proprietary, friction-control polymer coating, which means no waxing or lubrication required for the life of the walk belt. Does not require a wax reservoir and spray nozzle system that requires periodic filling and maintenance. The deck is dual-sided, so that it can be flipped to get twice the life.
· Crowned front and rear roller design centers the large 50cm x 152cm non-slip running belt automatically. Stronger treadmill frame – one-piece aircraft quality aluminum side-rails.
· The new C50 console combines a two-line, 20-character dot-matrix LED display plus a large brickyard to provide a distinctive, easy to read, easy to follow user interface. Character size is extra large for easy reading with dedicated fields for the most important exercise data.

The keypod has a quick START key, plus UP, DOWN, FASTR and SLOWER keys to allow the user to quickly and safely change treadmill incline and speed in the middle of a workout. Also, the keyppod has a large STOP key and a magnetic stop switch with lanyard for added safety.
· New welded steel side uprights form a single, rectangular frame to firmly support the console. This solid structure will prevent any side-to-side or fore-aft movement resulting in a rock solid display that will be easy to read at any speed with any size user.
· One-piece aircraft quality 6005-T6 aluminum side-rails (40% stronger than aluminum used by our competitors), scuff-resistant powder-coated for durability, and secured with captive-locking hardware.
· One-piece ribbed, galvanized sheet metal head frame is 80% stronger than a non-ribbed head frame, and galvanized means that it will not rust and weaken. Polycarbonate/ABS motor mount isolates the AC-motor and provides additional strengthening to the head frame, reducing unwanted motor movement and noise generated by vibration.
