·       Make changes on the fly.  Users are not forced to stop exercising to modify workout levels. They can easily change speed or grade as they exercise, and these changes are applied to the balance of the workout.

·        A heart rate training program for runners.  Users can choose to have the treadmill automatically change either speed or grade as they workout. Plus, unlike on other treadmills, they are not limited to a speed of less than 7.3km/h, rather the entire speed range of the treadmill can be used.
