Nautilus'® award winning Pro Series treadmills offer sophisticated programs that are designed by runners for runners. With these commercially inspired treadmills you'll find programs based on time, distance, intervals and heart-rate training workouts. The 718 display features a high-resolution liquid-crystal display (LCD) with a 20 x 30 dot-matrix course profile for an extremely visual workout. There are also 12 preset speed-based programs, 3 custom programming options and 3 Hear Rate Control programs.
